摘要: 随着加氢技术的广泛应用和发展,高压临氢Y型阀门的需求也越来越多。详细介绍了加氢装置的高温、低温临氢系统阀门材质选用原则、阀门承压铸、锻件材料冶炼、制作工艺和性能要求;国产化阀门结构设计、结构特点和制造加工等方面的技术要求

Abstract: With the wide application and development of hydrogenation technology,more and more high pressure Y-type valves are used for hydrogen medium. This paper introduces the material selection philosophy, the smelting of pressure-bearing casting and forging material, the manufacturing process and the property requirements for valves used in high temperature and low temperature hydrogen systems, as well as the technical requirements for construction design, manufacturing and machining of domestic valves.
